We begin with a dedicated walkthrough of your home to understand your goals, priorities, and what matters most in your space. Together, we review what you’d like to release, what you want to bring forward, and how you want your home to function and feel.
Consultations typically last 1–2 hours, though larger or more complex projects may require additional time. We schedule at your convenience.

We currently provide white-glove home services across the Westside of Los Angeles, including Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Venice, Mar Vista, Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills, and adjacent neighborhoods.
Through trusted partners, we also support select New York–based relocation and home setup projects.

The earlier, the better. Advance notice allows us to plan thoughtfully and secure ideal timing, especially during peak moving seasons in Los Angeles.

The HomeMaker team is covered by general liability and workers’ compensation.
Our trusted third-party partners (movers, trades, art installers) carry their own insurance coverage.

Your comfort is paramount. We manage all vendors and subcontractors on your behalf. If there is anyone you prefer not to have in your home, we will promptly make a replacement — no explanation required.

Yes. We coordinate and manage donations, recycling, and responsible disposal as part of our process, making your home transition seamless and stress-free.
